In the realm of UX design, understanding the role and perspective of stakeholders is crucial for the success of any digital project or product. From personal experience, I have seen that stakeholders can significantly influence the project's direction, priorities, and resources. There can be different Types of Business Stakeholders and their Responsibilities can vary from executives to senior Management which usually includes CEOs, CTOs, and other C-level executives. They are primarily concerned with the strategic alignment of the project with business goals, ROI, and the overall impact on the company’s direction. They define the roadmap for a product, prioritize features, and are often responsible for the product's success in the market. I think stakeholders mostly are interested in how UX design facilitates customer engagement and conversion.

Although not always considered traditional business stakeholders, I would like to argue that users are central to UX discussions. Their needs, behaviors, and feedback are critical to shaping a user-centric design. Engaging stakeholders in UX discussions requires clear communication and an understanding of their perspectives. I think best way to communicate with stakeholders is by sharing insights on how UX design practices can align with and support business goals. Using data and case studies to illustrate the value of a user-centered approach always helps while talking to stakeholders

Best way is to engage stakeholders at the beginning and throughout the design process. I think this involvement builds ownership and allows for early feedback, reducing the need for costly changes later.
